Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your PoundFun™ account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in our return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email as soon as your return has been processed and your refund is on its way.
